Livraison 3 plants orme Hokkaido - Ticket ID: 959020

Bonjour,

Je ne comprends pas très bien d'où vient l'idée que les plantes devaient mesurer 20 à 40 cm au moment de la livraison. Ce n'est pas ce qui est indiqué sur notre site.

Les 20–40 cm mentionnés dans les caractéristiques correspondent à la hauteur adulte de la plante, et non à sa hauteur à la livraison.

Savez-vous précisément quelle plante vous avez achetée et à quel point cette variété pousse lentement ? L'Ulmus parvifolia 'Hokkaido' est une forme naine à croissance très lente. Les plantes sont proposées dans un petit pot de 9 cm, à un prix correspondant à de jeunes plants. Il n'est donc pas raisonnable d'attendre, à ce prix, des plantes adultes mesurant déjà 20 à 40 cm.

Il ne s'agit donc ni d'une tromperie ni d'une erreur de livraison, mais d'une mauvaise interprétation des informations de la fiche produit.
