Coolplants isn't some e-shop with assembly lines and barcode scanners.

No warehouses full of identical boxes, no algorithms making decisions faster than you can brew a coffee.

Here it's small, personal, and a little bit quirky.
A one-woman show — literally. Each plant often passes through my hands before heading to your garden.

Why might it sometimes take a little longer?
The delivery time of 5 to 20 business days, which you'll also find in your confirmation email, has a few good reasons:

• Spring rush: Everyone wants to brighten up their garden and patio then, so it's super busy!
• My lovely partner nurseries: I work with other passionate growers, and I'm a bit dependent on their deliveries. These can sometimes shift. During the season, I receive new plants every week; outside the season, it's every two to three weeks.
• The weather, of course: Plants stay safe with us during frost or heat (above 25°C/77°F).
• Peak moments: Think of snowdrop season in February/March and the plant fairs in April/May. Things get extra hectic then.
