A low-growing cultivar with dense, upright growth and very colorful foliage, ranging from warm red in spring to dark purple in summer. Elegant, misty flower clusters appear in June to July. It prefers a sunny, sheltered spot and calcareous, dry to moderately moist soil. Also suitable for smaller gardens.
