Bat plant. An exotic, tropical plant suitable for growing indoors or in a greenhouse. The purple-black flowers are surrounded by white bracts that resemble the wings of a bat. Grow in a pot, keep the potting soil slightly moist (except during the dormant period), minimum temperature 5 degrees.
