
Komatsuna - Mustard Spinach
Sow from beginning of May until beginning of September. For use as spinach or salad, thin out 5cm apart, 25cm between rows. A more mature crop is preferable for stir frying and should be thinned out 10cm apart with 25cm between rows. A fast growing leafcabbage, wit a fresh mustard taste. The plant is full of calcium.
