
Pepper - Padron
Sow under glass from February to May. Plant in a warm place or put them inside on a windowsill. Padrón has a very mild fl avour, making these green peppers very suitable as snack or tapas dish. Try stuffi ng them with cream cheese or frying them with olive oil and sea salt.
