Sprouting seeds can be easily grown with water*. The young leaves have a delicious nutty taste with a hint of pepper. Combines well with ham, cream cheese, smoked salmon and salads. Also use as a garnish for meat and pasta dishes. Rocket sprouts are rich in iron and contain vitamins A and C.
