Sprouting seeds can be easily grown with water. Lentils are sweet and crispy, and work well in both sweet or savoury dishes. They are also delicious in a dressing or boiled in a soup. Briefly immerse in hot water or wok them before use. Rich in vitamin A, B, C and E.
