Physalis peruviana
Cape Gooseberry
Cape Gooseberry
Sow early spring in a seedbed at 20°C or later outdoors under glass. Prick out once in pots and plant out in a small greenhouse or outside in open ground. De ripe fruits are golden yellow and they are delicious as a garnish or as a dessert with ice cream.
This plant is currently no longer in production and is temporarily unavailable from our nursery and partner nurseries. We hope to offer it again in the future.
