Daikon sprouts
Sprouting seeds can be easily grown with water. Also known as Japanese Radish Cress and are grown especially for the production of vegetable sprouts. They are high in vitamins A, B1, B2, C and minerals, particularly calcium. The young shoots have a fresh, spicy radish flavor. Delicious with fish, such as tuna, salmon, mackerel and herring and also with cheese dishes and salads.
