- 15-25 cm high
German winter thyme
March-april in a propagator or april-june in a seedbed outdoors; prick out
once and plant out later. Used as medical plant (tea, syrup) and in the kitchen
for seasoning fat dishes (meat), tomato or potato salads and cottage cheese.
This plant is currently no longer in production and is temporarily unavailable from our nursery and partner nurseries. We hope to offer it again in the future.
