Mustard - Red Giant Sow in rows from mid-March to early June; thin out the rows as needed. Forms a loose head with beautiful red-green leaves; the larger the head, the sharper the taste. Extremely versatile! You can cook it, stir fry it or eat it raw. It’s great as baby-leaf in a salad.
